The staff were more than helpful, that was nice. The room was tastefully decorated & functional together with twin beds, slippers, robes. We had an easy check in, the staff was very professional and extraordinary 

Delicious breakfast by offering buffets with caring staff. Extra large bed in a well-appointed and well-organised room. Absolutely perfect and incredible position, in the centre of the town.

It was a really really nice stay for 2 nights. I had a functional double room with a captivating view of the urban. Really enjoyed this hip new hotel, would recomand.

My room was well-appointed with an iron and a mobile. The hotel was in a super central location down to the islands.

Chic and clean place to stay in, it has efficient and cooperative staff upon checking out the receptionist. The setting is good, right by the Siam shopping districts, restaurants, nightlife and train and the temples, really 

Whatever you need is this well-equipped and a nice size room with fantastic view and great bathroom plus a jacuzzi. The breakfast is varied, available with offering buffets and nice view and amazing coffee.  

By and large, it was suitable place for sightseeing in Bangkok, had much fun and met extraordinary service-minded staff upon checking out the receptionist. Everything was very good as expected, but the bathroom was 

It was in a super central location, to the BTS Nana station. On the whole outstanding food; Pizzeria Limoncello was in the vicinity.

Everything was modern at this family-friendly hotel. We had free and modern breakfasts with gluten free bread and caring waitress, as example. The booked room was large and brand-new on higher floors. Amazingly attentive team upon checking out the receptionist. 

Fancy perfectly clean hotel with very good service and urban views. Decent, easy location just next door to many restaurants and transportation, the pubs and bars along the street and Thonglor/Emquartier 

Clean property, caring and top-class staff. Breakfast by offering buffets. Fantastic setting, so close to the center of Vientiane, and money exchange. Also, in good area.

The place was nice and incredibly beautiful, we would definitely return. The location was marvellous, within walking distance of a short street. We thoroughly enjoyed eateries and pubs close to the hotel.  

Pretty standard and truly exceptional accommodation with unbeatable setting close to bars, cafes, burger joints, pubs and restaurants as well as T21 shopping mall. Well-equipped rooms, fantastic views over the city's skyline.  

Overall memorable stay for 2 nights at Aloft Bangkok for the first time. Fairly clean place with excellent view over the city's skyline. The staff - sympathetic and kind. Marvellous and lovely location
